懸臂門式起重機在(zai)無載荷情況(kuang)下,接(jie)通電源(yuan),開(kai)動并(bing)檢查各運(yun)轉(zhuan)機構控制(zhi)系統(tong)和安(an)裝裝置,均應(ying)靈敏準(zhun)確,安(an)全可靠(kao),方可使用。
懸臂門式起重機的檢測方法:
一、懸臂門式起重機靜載試驗:
在確定機構能正常運轉后,起升額定載荷(也可逐漸增至額定載荷)開動電動葫蘆在主(zhu)梁全長往(wang)返運(yun)行,卸去載(zai)荷,使電動葫(hu)蘆停在主(zhu)梁端部,起升1.25倍(bei)額(e)定載(zai)荷、載(zai)荷升高距地面100~200mm,懸(xuan)空10min連續做三次(ci),第三次(ci)卸載(zai)后檢(jian)驗(yan)起重機各部分(fen)不得有變形、裂(lie)紋、油漆(qi)剝落及(ji)影響使用性(xing)能和安全性(xing)的松動式損壞。
二、懸臂起重機主梁靜鋼度(主梁下撓度):
靜載試驗后,將電動(dong)葫蘆移至一邊,用(yong)經緯儀(yi)在(zai)主梁(liang)跨中找(zhao)好一基準(zhun)點,然后將電動(dong)葫蘆移至端部,吊起(qi)額(e)定(ding)載荷距地面100~200mm,懸空10min后檢測主梁(liang)下撓(nao)度。
三、懸(xuan)臂起重機運載試驗,動(dong)剛度:
起(qi)(qi)(qi)吊1.1倍額定載(zai)荷(he)于跨(kua)中(zhong)(zhong),同(tong)時(shi)開動(dong)(dong)(dong)電動(dong)(dong)(dong)葫蘆(lu)起(qi)(qi)(qi)升機(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)和(he)起(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou),重(zhong)(zhong)復做起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)、正轉、停車、反轉等動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)試驗(yan),至少應(ying)持續1h。在(zai)1h中(zhong)(zhong),暫定6個(ge)循(xun)環,每個(ge)循(xun)環時(shi)間(jian)(jian)為10min,包括動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)4min停車6min。在(zai)4min動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)中(zhong)(zhong),同(tong)時(shi)開動(dong)(dong)(dong)起(qi)(qi)(qi)升和(he)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)起(qi)(qi)(qi)升下降若(ruo)干(gan)次(ci),起(qi)(qi)(qi)升一次(ci)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)一次(ci)起(qi)(qi)(qi)升限位器,下降時(shi)不得超(chao)(chao)過(guo)(guo)4m;起(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)正反運行(xing)若(ruo)干(gan)次(ci),行(xing)程不超(chao)(chao)過(guo)(guo)15m。不準(zhun)反接制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。正反轉銜接間(jian)(jian)停車時(shi)間(jian)(jian)不得超(chao)(chao)過(guo)(guo)3s,停車時(shi)間(jian)(jian)仍(reng)計入動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)4min之內。各機(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)應(ying)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)靈活平穩可靠(kao),同(tong)時(shi)檢查限位開關和(he)保(bao)證裝(zhuang)置的可靠(kao)性。
